Who we are

“Personal Trainer Network” (PTN) is operated by CB Productions LLC, a limited liability company licensed by Sharjah Media City Free Zone (Shams), trade licence no. 2428366.01. Our registered office is Sharjah Media City Business Center, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE. CB Productions LLC is the controller responsible for personal data processed through this site. Information we collect

• Your Instagram or TikTok handle, selected platform and preferred contact channel when you apply.
• Public profile information used to assess trainer status and suitability, such as profile text, posts and audience information.
• Your WhatsApp or Telegram contact details and the message you send; these become available to PTN only when you choose to message us.
• Application status, assessment results, communications and records of opportunities in which you choose to participate.
• Anonymous or aggregated website-measurement data. We do not send handles, Telegram identities or prepared message text to analytics or advertising tools. A phone number is used for advertising measurement only in the hashed events described below, never in plain text.

How we use information

We use application information to review your public profile, assess whether you are a personal trainer, conduct manual review where needed, match you with suitable product-promotion opportunities, communicate with you and operate and protect PTN. Depending on where you live, we rely on steps requested before entering an arrangement, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligations as applicable.

Service providers

We use Vercel for hosting, Convex for the database, Unipile for WhatsApp and Telegram messaging, Google Analytics and Tag Manager for measurement, and Meta and Google Ads for advertising measurement. We may also use profile-data providers to review public Instagram or TikTok profiles and an AI model to assess trainer status. These providers process data on our instructions or under their own applicable terms, and some may process it outside your country.

Cookies and measurement

• Vercel Analytics provides cookieless, aggregate website measurement and is always on.
• Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager, helps us understand how the site is used. It is gated by the analytics consent signal: off by default where opt-in consent is required (for example the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Brazil, UAE and Quebec) and on by default elsewhere.
• Meta and Google Ads advertising measurement is gated by the advertising consent signals in Google Tag Manager: off by default where opt-in consent is required, and on by default elsewhere. In the United States and Canada you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for advertising at any time; a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser turns advertising measurement off automatically while leaving site analytics on. Whenever advertising measurement is permitted (by your consent, or by default where consent is not required), we also use Meta’s server-side Conversions API. When your message arrives, we send the Lead event with the browser’s Meta cookie identifiers and user agent, plus a SHA-256 hashed version of your phone number — but only when you contact us on WhatsApp and we can verify the number as a phone number. Messaging platform identifiers (such as Telegram sender IDs) are never hashed or sent. If your application is approved, the approval event may include the same hashed phone (under the same WhatsApp-only condition) and cookie identifiers to measure sign-ups from our ads. If you contact us on WhatsApp in response to one of our ads, we likewise report a Lead and approval event to Meta containing only a SHA-256 hashed version of your phone number. We never send the phone number to Meta in plain text.

Sharing with opportunity partners

We do not share identifiable information with an opportunity partner without first giving you appropriate notice and obtaining your approval. We may share aggregated or anonymous information that does not identify you.

Retention and deletion

We keep application data while your application or PTN membership is active and for up to 12 months after rejection or inactivity, unless a longer period is required for legal, security or dispute purposes. You may request deletion at privacy@thepersonaltrainernetwork.com.

Your rights

Depending on your location, including under the UAE PDPL and EU or UK GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data; restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; and complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
